MA2-MD causes clock to run slow

Just put MA2-MD on a new laptop and it's causing the OS clock to lose time. Somewhere around 1 hour per day. Same with plain MA2.
If I disable the screensaver or run any other screensaver (including Goldfish Aquarium and Sharks) the clock is just fine.
This didn't happen with my old laptop or any previous version of MA.

Any idears?

I will have to check on this. The code for the timing is suppose to be the same on MA2, MA2-MD, Goldfish and Sharks.

We did see this problem on an early beta.

Thanks for checking.

Just out of curiosity, what timing are you referring to?
The speed of the fish/animation?

Just want to make sure that you don't think I'm talking about your Time version of the screensaver.

Thanks

Edgar is in charge of dealing with the OS, but I've never been able to understand how reading the clock can change the time. The Aquarium reads the system clock to move the fish and bubbles at the proper rate, but never writes to the clock. This problem was reported a couple of times before, but I could never duplicate it. I also can't make my watch slow down, no matter how many times I look at it. :)
