Every LCD that I have ever seen and set-up has had 'out-of-the-box'...

After you have pressed the 'S' key to show the stats, use the UP-DOWN arrow keys to decrease/increase the Sleep() time, this will change the frame rate. Slow the fps down to something like 50 to 60....

On my modest system, lowering the Sleep() to '1'...
