Excellent idea, though I'd prefer a "Set Max Framerate" option with an input field for the desired framerate instead. Personally, I'm satisfied with MA3 running at 30-40fps. And then there is my multi-monitor system. MA3 averages between 33 and 37fps at all Sleep settings (when stretched across all 3 screens). It definitely changes the CPU utilization though, from ~10% to 100%.
