I've only seen the 23.12 version on Microsofts Windows update site, I had the same problem, if I were you, I would roll that driver back to the previous version, then go to the nvidia website and download and install the 23.11 driver. The only difference between the 23.12 and the 23.11 that I noticed is that Microsoft certified the 23.12, unfortunatley, its as stable as a Geo Tracker going around a sharp turn. The 23.11 isn't certified by Microsoft, but thats no big deal, they don't have time to certify every driver that comes in thier doors. Try the 23.11 driver and see if it works for you...
