Here's an image illistrating my point, you'll want to open it in an image viewer and zoom in to see the details... Both images for each section were taking from the same screen shot so you would know for sure what settings were on or off.

The plants in the AF only shot are clearly superior to either of the other two, there's also basically no performance hit... With AF off, even if AA is on, the movement of the plants looks choppy, with AF on it's perfectly smooth...

This has been the case on 4 different ATI cards (spanning all kinds of different drivers) that I've run GA on, Jenifer's Radeon 32meg DDR (where these shot just came from), my old Radeon 8500, the Radeon 7500 in the HTPC and my 9700Pro... Haven't run GA on my 6800GT yet...

Edit: BTW, these shots were taken at 1024x768...

Edit 2: Just tried it on my 6800GT, the jaggy plant problem simply doesn't exist regardless of AA or AF settings (or screen resolution)... Looking at zoomed screen captures show little to no effect at all on the plants, even 8xAA vs nothing at all!
