Are you sure the driver is Ver 4.14?
The oldest GeForce drivers I can find on my hard disc are 44.03 dated May 2003!!!
Try
this site. and download 81.98 - Those are the latest listed for Windows98.
EDIT: - On checking through the Products Supported on the nVidia site, 6200LE is not listed as supported by those drivers for Win98. In fact I can only find 6200LE supported by drivers for Win2000 and XP.
