Yes, if your card does antialiasing, and you can afford the performance reduction, by all means turn it on. I try to keep my development systems fairly low-end, so I see what the average user will see. Turning on FSAA, even at the lowest setting on my nVidia 5200 card reduces the frame rate from an acceptable 42 fps to a jerky 26 fps. I'll turn it on next time I do a screen-grab.
