But I suppose I shouldn't get too stressed about it as even multilingual countries like Switzerland can't agree on a standard and end up with three different names for the country and many of the cities.
Some languages don't have the right sounds for other countries names. – ot the correct letters! I challenge anyone speaking English to pronounce a town like Skepplanda correctly. (the sk sounds a bit like the German ch – only flatter
