Prolific clearly wants "real customers" to purchase MA3 Beta ($$$ revenue is a good thing) and then download updates as updates are available.

It seems probable that most purchasers won't be following the forums in detail, and in any case the "forum" downloads are really versions for testing (BetaBeta, I guess).

The "official" (installer) versions of updates are those that are downloaded via the SereneScreen (server) download link.

How will a customer know that something new is available there?

[I know how I found out, but I suspect that's not what Prolific really wants customers to do]
