Did you follow the Frequently Asked Question about this?

4. I have to enter my Keycode each time I start or end the program.

This can be caused by a couple of things:

A. If you have a single user profile on your computer and Sharks: Terrors of the Deep 2 requests a keycode each time you run or exit, try reinstalling the program. Be sure that you have your anti-virus software disabled during the installation.

B. If you have a multiple user profiles on your computer and Sharks: Terrors of the Deep 2 requests a keycode while in every profile, see the instructions under A, above.

C. If you have multiple user profiles on your computer and Sharks: Terrors of the Deep 2 requests a keycode while in all but one profile, you will need to install Sharks: Terrors of the Deep 2 in the other profiles while they have Administrative access.
