I didn't understand a word of that, but it really does start to make one think about where this marvellous language came from. Clearly the 'hast' is germanically influenced. It usually seems to be that hints to the past are preserved in dialect. I understand that those few that still speak the old Cornish can speak to people in Brittany who speak
their old dialect/language and be understood!
