If it has 2 VGA ports and you have 2 monitors, you open the Display control panel, click on Advanced, click on nView tab.
I don't remember exactly what I did in this window but I know I had to fiddle with it quite a bit. I think I clicked "Horizontal Span" and then hit the APPLY button at the bottom.
