Then you've chosen the wrong people to test, if they can't tell the difference! - Wouldn't you say?
I am obviously fighting a loosing battle here, as are others who think as I do. I realise that we are going out on a limb by even suggesting what the developer should or shouldn't be doing. - But if our opinions are to be overridden by the 'average' computer illiterate out there, then it doesn't really matter what we think, does it?
....So this had better be my last post on this subject.
I can accept that market forces will always rule the day,
(ie,...if it will sell more then do it!) - But I find it harder to accept that the average person, (including one Alpha tester), can't/won't even be able to tell the difference between MA2 and MA3, without it playing music to them!
