that sounds that only ur primary monitor has 3D accelerate where the other two rn't, some of the dual/triple head card only support primary monitor for 3D accelerate, I have the same problem b4 testing on Maxtor's dual head card, the second monitoe has no 3D acceleration therefore the FPS is only 2~3, but later I use WinFast nVidia card which support both monitor for 3D acceleration.
