Jim's art on eBay...
I was just cruising around eBay when I happened to come up this, something from Jim's Amiga past. Nothing wild, but it's nice to see Jim's work from the old days is still appreciated.

I'll be darned. I remember making those slides for some kind of promotional thing at Aegis. They needed them the next day (as always), so I had to shoot the pictures off my own monitor and develop the slides in my darkroom.

Re: Jim's art on eBay...
Ahhh, the good old days of Ektachrome, bathrooms/darkrooms, smells, cannisters, setup time, cleanup time, church keys, sweat in the chemicals, timers, manual dexterity, black bags, and on. Now you pull out your digital camera and it's done.
IMHO, the good old days are never as good as the current days. |

Hmmm, maybe I should pick it up and send it off to you for an autograph. Who knows what your earlier work will be worth once you start making movies.

Re: Jim's art on eBay...
20 years from now, it might be worth 50 cents.

Re: Jim's art on eBay...
50 cents? Well since the auction ended with no bids and the opening bid was $2.50, I dare say that I would have been jipped!
