Spencer's Gifts

Ok, This just about burns my butt. I was just checking out some of my sites and Spencer's was one I haven't been to since October. Well I was just there now and this is what I saw.

Here is the address..... http://www.spencersonline.com/decor_wall-stuff/fish-motion-wall-art/
When you click on the link you will see that you can zoom in on it.
Thank you for taking the time to read this.

That looks like the one I found awhile ago at a Walgreens, I had forwarded the info at that time. Sad to hear about the result.

I do not understand the problem. From what I can tell, it does not look like Jims Serene Screen. What am I missing?

To my eyes, they took a screen snapshot of the Aquarium, printed it on clear plastic, and sell it as a gift. That is illegal.

Yep, that's exactly what they did. The whole background is a screenshot, then they hand-painted some red coral on the front plastic. The fish move on a roll of clear acetate that scrolls by between the two layers.

Thanks to Morgan, Tiny Snapshots is up and running again with "Tiny Järvafält" as the latest addition – Go have a look and tell me what you think.

I remembered the line from the Hindu scripture, the Bhagavad-Gita. Vishnu is trying to persuade the Prince that he should do his duty and to impress him takes on his multi-armed form and says,
'Now, I am become Death, the destroyer of worlds.'
I suppose we all thought that, one way or another.

I was unable to make that out from the small picture. Of course it would anger my too. I wouldn't buy it because I simply dislike it.

henemly - It's a Chinese company, which is very hard to sue. When we confonted them, they just dissolved that part of the company and re-formed.

True, but I meant that she could zoom in just to see what it was. She said she couldn't really tell what it was by the little picture. When I first saw it I didn't know what it was until I zoomed in to see it was Jim's program.

Sorry to hear that, Jim. Seems they do that all the time. Right or wrong,
it just doesn't matter to them.
