The w key.

I just found something I don't know if it is on purpose or not but when I hit the w it changes the whole thing to black wire frame.

This is the Wireframe feature. It's used A) for entertainment and B) to prove to people that the Aquarium is not a movie.

Dream Aquarium has the "Wireframe" feature too.- Weird and fun.
