Hello to all:
Within my fish aquarium settings is an option to play a guitar.sgt file. This does not seem to work. Does anyone know the fix for this bug. Neither windows media player nor other players do not recognize this file. Am I doing something wrong? Thanks for your time. vince |

Will it play other filetypes (.mp3, .wav, .mid)?

I'm pretty sure that neither WMP or MA3 will be able to play this format. The fact that WMP doesn't play these files is a big clue that this is not a bug with MA3.
You will need to convert the file into a compatible format (mp3, wav or mid). Where did you get this file from? Was it from a game? Hope you can get it working. |

guitar.sgt comes with Marine Aquarium 3.

Hi again:
Ok I guess a little digging is worth it. I looked back into my aquarium settings and found that the box for playing music was unchecked. So in the future if you hear no music during screensaver make sure their is a check mark in the settings tab within your configure option for aquarium. vince |

So we needn't call it a bug, then? ...

Perhaps the checkbox for enabling and disabling music should be on the Music page instead of the main Settings page.
Or put a note at the top of the Music page indicating that music playlists have been disabled on the Settings page.

Or just hit the M key if you don't hear music.

Or put a note at the top of the Music page indicating that music playlists have been disabled on the Settings page. While you're at that (Jim), the same improvement (whatever you decide) should be applied to the "Show Logo" selection and the "Clock and Logos" page. |
