Everytime that I have sent an email to companies such as, Sony, nVidia, Abit, etc., it has taken SEVERAL days for me to get any reply.
So if I get a response within a day, I am a happy camper.

I have not sent the e-mails cause of all the problems. I would rather have 500 angry people than 3,400 angry people. We will send the e-mail out shortly. Please try to get the keycode using the links at my page again.

I realise that Jim and everyone at Prolific have been working very hard on all this. I have nothing but admiration for Jim's abilities and appreciate that the keycode program must be an administration nightmare for the personnel at Prolific.
But us punters have been waiting quite a while for this release. And it's very frustrating to be told that you're not in the database! I paid for the Deluxe version in early September 2000. Yet it seems I no longer exist in the database. Perhaps I've been deleted as a bad cluster or something. But if poor old Prolific can't sort it out with all the information I've given them then I suppose I'll willingly pay again. The Aquarium is worth it! |
