Not a Bug HELP no avatar

Jim I've tried to change my avatar using the default options. I love the copper band butterfly. But I just get the dreaded red X

Are you talking about the avatar on this website? If so, that's Morgan's territory - other than dropping by every once in a while, I have nothing to do with the site.
