BUG: Ctrl-Alt-Delete must be pressed twice.
Great product , but...
When Ctrl-Alt-Delete is pressed the screen saver appropriately captures the key event and stops running, but then fails to pass on the event to the OS. This results in the user having to press Ctrl-Alt-Delete a second time to actually login to a locked workstation. |

On my machine, CTRL-ALT-DEL brings up the Task Manager with one press. As with most things, it takes it's own sweet time in doing it. Are you sure you're not just seeing the same delay, and pressing the keys again?

This results in the user having to press Ctrl-Alt-Delete a second time to actually login to a locked workstation. So, the expected behavior would be to display the logon screen. That's exactly what it does, on my Windows 7 (X86) system. I haven't gone back and tested it on Vista or XP, which was why I asked. [Note: there is a minor anomaly in preview mode with ctrl-alt-del, but it's not worth fixing] |
