It appears that the seller 'thehouseofknives' at the auction site 'onlineauction.com' maybe illegally selling the Serene Screen software. Here is a link to one of his auctions:

He's selling MA2.01 for $2 more than the regular price of MA2.6 on our website.

Perhaps through that channel, Jim and Prolific already received some profit?

The seller's name is Mark Greenleaf. He also uses his wifes name, Cara Greenleaf. He is a thief that has been banned from several sites. Not only does he sell pirated software he also sells items and does not send them to the buyer. When he sells on sites that charge a fee he never pays the fees.
