Download Troubles

Hi Jim, I am new to this forum so please forgive me for posting this question here. I couldn't find a proper place to post it. I have had Marine Aquarium since one of the first versions and I always keep checking back for updates. I just purchased ver 3.2 but it will not download. Do you have any suggestions?

Thanks Ralph, customer support e-mailed me the same link and it worked fine. The link that came with the purchase is the one that didn't work.
