Windows 8 Release

Jim,

I can also confirm that the latest version of the Marine Aquarium is working on Windows 8.

There is one small bug (as reported earlier in this thread): I have a laptop and my second display is a much smaller resolution (laptop - 1920 x 1200, second display - 1280 x 740). No matter what settings I change, the aquarium always uses the secondary display's resolution.

I have the latest NVidia card drivers for Windows 8 64 bit installed. And via that I was able to override the secondary display's resolution to match the laptop's display at 1920 x 1200. It looks pretty bad, but fixes the display problems for the aquarium on the main laptop screen.
Sincerely,

Windows 8

Jim,

A quick update: I had to re-install my graphics driver and now everything is working fine. No problems with resolution - so my problem was machine specific and hopefully when many, many, people start installing your screen savers on their new Windows 8 machines everything will work just fine with no changes needed by you.
Sincerely,

Thanks, Justin. My computer totally failed a few days ago, so I'm hunting for a new one now. Maybe I'll get Win8 on it.
