OS X Screen Saver settings not saved
I'm having an issue with the screen saver start time. When I update the "Start After" field in System Preferences and log off, when I login again, it resets to 1 min. This setting works as expected for Apple screen savers do it's something with SereneScreen. Everything else works as designed. I looked for a plist to delete but could not find one. Any suggestions?

I resolved the problem. Just find and delete this file. You will have to insert the CD Key when starting the screen saver again so have it handy.
com.prolific.ScreenSaver.MarineAquarium3_2.C6FDD0B B-834B-5211-A403-77EEAC901A4B.plist I also had to delete com.apple.screensaver.C6FDD0BB-834B-5211-A403-77EEAC901A4B.plist Both are in <User Home>/Preferences/ByHost Last edited by ssaylor; 10-20-2013 at 02:20 PM. |
