[Bug: Unconfirmed] Registering (3)

I purchased (3) shortly after it came out. I downloaded it using my (2) disk.
I have been ill for nearly 2 yrs now and unable to attend to my office and also my computer crashed for good and am now on a new one. I have no idea where my (2) disk is. I have my Key word for (3) but your program want accept it. It keeps wanting me to insert my (2) disk. The Key word could actually be my key word for (2). I am not sure. My Name is Marie Malone, in case you remember talking to me 2-3 yrs ago, and I have enjoyed this screen saver for years and hope to be able to activate it on my new computer. If you can help please.

Jim, I hope this is what you call "Private".
The following info was copied/pasted yrs ago as:

I was able to retrieve my old info from an old desktop after my laptop quit. I'm not sure if this is where I upgraded to an (3) or not.

Feldon.....The url you gave me crashed...I wasn't sure if you grabbed all my information before disabeling it. Hope so......I don't know just what to do next. Hope you can figure this out. I just want to enjoy your screen saver on my new laptop. Marie
