One key per home PC/Mac required?
Out of interest, is it considered acceptable to use a purchased key on more than one personal system? At home I have a couple of PC's and a Mac running OS X, and I don't recall if the product is licensed per-system, or "per-owner". Just wondered if there were any approved options for a multi-PC household, other than the obvious one of re-purchasing a key for each system.
If it's per-system that's fine, I'll register/use it on the one with the better graphics card until the lack of this screensaver on the others drives me to my wallet again ;-) Many Thanks. |

At least back in the pre-Prolific days, users were allowed to use the code on all their machines (even the one at work). Probably still is this way, but perhaps it's better to hear this from someone closer to the core.

"We knew the world would not be the same. A few people laughed, a few people cried, most people were silent. I remembered the line from the Hindu scripture, the Bhagavad-Gita. Vishnu is trying to persuade the Prince that he should do his duty and to impress him takes on his multi-armed form and says, 'Now, I am become Death, the destroyer of worlds.' I suppose we all thought that, one way or another." /Robert Oppenheimer on witnessing the first thermonuclear detonation in history. |

You are always welcome to use the codes on any machine that you own and operate yourself. Several machines in one household is fine.

Any computer for which you are the primary user. So this extends to your computer at the office. It's hoped that you'd keep your key a secret in such a situation.
