Hey Morgan , I downloaded it twice from www.lifeglobe.com and it is version 3950.

I downloaded from the link in the e-mail, and it work for me, that was 4:00 pm eastern time in USA

I got the email about the new fish and check out the Lifeglobe website. I noticed the 'OS X Coming Soon!' logo was gone.

Has Lifeglobe decided to drop OS X support?

Not sure why such a logo would be removed. A Mac version is certainly in the cards.
