can't install
Hi,
I can't get my new store bought GoldFish Aquarium to install. The launcher window pops up and I can click the install button and click on the agree button, then it stops........Please help. I never had this problem installing anything before. Thank you, Marigold Goldfish Aquarium version number1 CPU type and speed HP Pavilion 753n Windows version Windows XP Home Motherboard brand and chipset ? Video card model and driver Intel Sound card model and driver ? DirectX version2 ? |

Marigold,
Do you need to be logged on as administrator to install new software? Have you tried disabling your virus scan software? To find out your video card, etc., click Start, then Run, then type in dxdiag and click OK. Someone here with more computer smarts should be able to help you, but they'll probably want that info. |

trouble installing
Hi Klyntun.............
I turned off my virus program and yes, I am the owner of this computrer. I tried to install the goldfish program in my hubby's computer and it took it. Then I came back to mine and it is doing the same thing. Please someone Help me. |

I fixed it...................I went to the download page. Once the trial version was downloaded I put my cd in and it upgraded it.......
I am not a screen saver person but when I saw this SS at Fry's Electronics I had to have it. I am very pleased with it. Can't wait to get the upgrade to feed my fishes. Thanks, Marigold |

Yes, it is a beauty. I wouldn't hold my breath if I were you though, waiting for the ability to feed the fish. I think that is pretty far down the list, though you might ask edaniels in the thread he started: the artist finally speaks up...
