Low System Resources

Has anyone else noticed a significant drop in system resources after the Shark SS runs a few times. I never noticed this with MA. Am just curious.

Win 98SE P4 1.7

Typically, I have about 40 - 50% free sys resources, once I start working, but after screensaver starts a few time, it gets really low. I switch back over to MA now to verify, it doesn't have the same problem.
