MA2 and MA2 MD lose my resolution setting

Posting this under another heading so that the topic doesn't get lost. Specifically: MA2 (2.01) and MA2 MD (2.01) seem to ignore the fact that I tell them to run at 2560 x 1024 (both 16 and 32 bit) and wind up running at 2048 x 768 instead, regardless of the combinations of settings I try.

The MA2 or MA2MD version is not designed to run on a span display, however if you chose a resolution on the screensaver that is less than or equal to 2048, it will probably work.
