Instructions, please
I bought this screen saver at Office Depot a few days ago, charmed by the display on the computers there and the promise of all kinds of wonderful activities with it.... including customizing the tank, the wonderful fish and the starfish that will crawl across my screen. However, none of these things seem to be available to me. There were no directions in the package, escept for downloading it onto my PC, which I have done. I am somewhat of a novice regarding all things cumputer-ish, so I need help. Thank-you in advance for your help.
Vicki Crocco PS: I did look for come kind of operating manual on the serene screen site, but without success. |

The wonderful fish are certainly there.
The coral in the tank cannot be customized. But the fish certainly can be changed to suit your preferences. All the things you see are hard coded into the program and must remain so to maintain realism so that fish aren't swimming through each other and the corals. But, Jim is working on a new version right now that will be about 2x the size of this tank and all in true 3D just like the fish. Stay tuned for that one. As for the starfish, it will certainly crawl across the glass, but it does it in its own time. However you must leave the lighting set to random for this to happen. Welcome to our forum and we hope you enjoy your time here.
