Thanks for coming through with the pic, Sooty! (The wine looks great, btw)
Thanks to Morgan, Tiny Snapshots is up and running again with "Tiny Järvafält" as the latest addition – Go have a look and tell me what you think.

I remembered the line from the Hindu scripture, the Bhagavad-Gita. Vishnu is trying to persuade the Prince that he should do his duty and to impress him takes on his multi-armed form and says,
'Now, I am become Death, the destroyer of worlds.'
I suppose we all thought that, one way or another.

Movement

Jim,

Seeing the fan coral moving is incredible! I can hardly wait for the rest. But I'm patient. I'm not asking you to speed through your work.

You are truly a master artist. Have you ever thought about creating works like this proram but for an art gallery? I'm sure it would be hard to turn out works quickly enough like some painters or sculptors might. But you are just as great an artist in your selected medium.

Thank you!
Sincerely,

S. Justin Gengo

Art galleries are free to exhibit the Aquarium - all they have to do is buy a copy for $19.95

I found out another way of enjoying this aquarium... My daughter who's 13 months old, usually gets bored when eating, and wants to go and play again... A few days ago, I had the aquarium running, and she was just looking at the screen, saying "Buub" (which almost is what we say fish say...) It was a piece of cake to just feed her, while she was so occupied by the aquarium! After this I love the aquarium even more! Keep up the good work!

Our granddaughter, (who is 14 months old), just loves to see herself pointing at the fish!
We wait, - then keep clicking on the 'L' key each time a fish comes near, (then call out, "That one!"), - and her eyes light-up!
..... Her mother had quite a surprise the first time they saw it!

Big Grin macmacmacmacmacmacmac...

Well, I still hafta use Windows XP at work, so I'm still eagerly awaiting the GA release of version 3, but after more than a decade of using Linux at home (and sometimes at work), I've gotten myself a MacBook Pro for all my home-and-away computer stuff.

So you know where my mind is at, now.

No hurry. No hurry.

Leaf peeping and all, we now live in the pan handle of Florida....
I know this development is slow. It will be worth the wait...
Thanks again, James,

I decided to have my daughters teddybear in the aquarium, and she loved it!

Congrats Jim on the MA3! I love it very much. All brand new interface & tank setup.
Looking forward to the coral movement implementation.

I have to say that already, with the animated coral, the background looks better than aqua real 2. AR2 has problems with consistency i.e. the fish are super nice but the background is very poorly done, looks like 2d photoshoped images... and thats why ma3's are already better, they move so fluidly and nicely

Congratulations Jim, I tried the latest Beta 8 and it looks really great. I just wasn't aware at how great it was until I compared it to the MA 2.6 version, which was great also. But this Beta is so crystal clear with much better resolution on my 1680 x 1050 HP monitor. The panoramic view of the coral is breathtaking. I have a 3 year old HP computer running an ATI Radion Xpress 200 card, and it handled everything just fine. I'm very impressed and can't wait to purchase the final product.
