Busy I guess. When I'm not staring at GA, I'm trying to finish my MD/PhD. I used to write software though, and have a very great appreciation for Mr. Sachs' ability to work in the confines of M$'s dlls.

Just curious.... how hard would it be to re-crop the mask for the surface light patterns? In some areas, the mask doesn't seem to match up with the outline of the rocks and gravel. Could tracing a layer out in something like photoshop help here?

Here are some of my favorite fishes
#1 Kuhli Loaches (Fun to watch, esp. when you have 3-4 or more in the tank) #2 Angelfish (Several different kinds) #3 Golden Severum #4 Gouramis!!! (Pearl, Dwarf, Kissing) #5 Rainbow Fish!! #6 Congo Tetra (beautiful irridescent scales) and Neon Tetras Other creatures #1 Snails #2 Crabs/Crayfish Interesting Stuff #1 Feed the fish!!! #2 Let us watch our fish grow bigger. This is esp. interesting for fish like Oscars and Golden Severums and Plecos, etc. which can live a long time. User could select how fast time passes and how big they start off. #3 Let user decorate the tank with plants and rocks. #4 User selectable Gravel/Pebbles/ColoredGlass/etc. #5 Let the fish dig up the gravel (Khuli Loaches / Cichlids !!) #6 Treasure Chests / Other decorations (Optionable) #7 Male/Female fish. Different Bahaviors. Fish Sex!! Fish Eggs! Other #1 Need to allow more than 7 fish in freshwater tank, esp. if you allow smaller fish like Neon Tetras. |

fleance,
Welcome to the forum. Alot of those things have been mentioned before. But here is a quick recap. Interesting stuff #1 probably #2 probably not, it messes with the collision avoidance and many other things. #3 nope, that definately would. Objects have to stay where they are placed. #4 probably not #5 could be done #6 Best looking treasure chest and bubbles you have ever seen #7 different behaviors is planned, no eggs that I know of. Other #1 Collision avoidance problems again

GreenHsif, I like that first fish cept he has such a stupid look about him, reminds me of that guy on Popeye who was always after a hamburger. The river stingray is pretty cool.

The river stingray gets my vote. At first I thought it was one of the rare pancake plecostomus, but I guess they truly are extinct.

Thanks to Morgan, Tiny Snapshots is up and running again with "Tiny Järvafält" as the latest addition – Go have a look and tell me what you think.
"We knew the world would not be the same. A few people laughed, a few people cried, most people were silent. I remembered the line from the Hindu scripture, the Bhagavad-Gita. Vishnu is trying to persuade the Prince that he should do his duty and to impress him takes on his multi-armed form and says, 'Now, I am become Death, the destroyer of worlds.' I suppose we all thought that, one way or another." /Robert Oppenheimer on witnessing the first thermonuclear detonation in history. |

The Siamese Fighting Fish is allways been my favourite.
It will be very nice to see some male with different colours in the freshwater aquarium. I think that this fish can be compared with the lionfish from MA I mean it will be hard to implement from the viewpoint of moving and colour changing. |
