Will dual be included in another version or another "freebie"? Do you have a list of upcoming additions/potential time of release for the 1.0 buyers?? Looks great man, keep it up

Dual (or HD as we think of it) will be free.
New features are not going to be released, but they are coming.

It would be alright with me if it were just below the top of the screen. Then maybe Reichart and his team of amazings could add some plants that flower. Most (maybe all?) aquatic plants I'm familiar with flower above the waters surface. It would be pretty. Hey, how about making the plants grow over time? Probably not possible, hunh?

I would like to put in another vote for a Sunny's goldfish. I have thought for some time that what GA lacked, and needs, is a really 'gold' goldfish, but I feared that that must seem too pedestrian for the cognizanti. Your Goldfish is beautiful, Sunny, and it would be nice if it was included.
Also, for an algae grazer, I think a pretty snail, maybe with a bit of moss-green algae on it's shell..... And could someone tell me what this "dual monitor" thing is? Cheers

You can make Jack or Oreo look like Sunny's fish with Paint Shop Pro (getting the exact colors from the photo) or Adobe Photoshop. I think the tank is missing a true GOLD or Golden Colored goldfish. Monstro and Frieda come close though.

Just repainting Oreo isn't the answer, Kona. It's the shape as well. Sunny's pic is of what most of your everyday John Smiths think of as 'Goldfish' and I'm with Sunny, Xylem and Ixnay in wishing that it was one of the offered types. The comet comes close, but not nearly close enough.

When: We are actively working on it. That is as specific as I can be right now.
What: not sure what will come first, but on the list are a toy (like a castle), another fish, a new BG made form scratch, and of course HD.

Reichart, thanks man. You have a wonderful product here and the future only looks good. Your personal attention to it is outstanding in today's busy world. Once you implement dual mon support, it'll get bigger. OUtside of "the Matrix" screensaver, most don't span. (and look right) Once Moby swims off one monitor to another, you'll hook buyers even more. Many folks and business have at least two monitors now. I have 17" flatpanel as primary and 19" crt as secondary.
Keep up the good work and communication with the fans. Mark

Ix,
"High Definition" – Reichart has mentioned a high-res version to complement the regular one. Do a search on it on the forum for some nice tidbits of info. /Tiny Resolution Thanks to Morgan, Tiny Snapshots is up and running again with "Tiny Järvafält" as the latest addition – Go have a look and tell me what you think.
"We knew the world would not be the same. A few people laughed, a few people cried, most people were silent. I remembered the line from the Hindu scripture, the Bhagavad-Gita. Vishnu is trying to persuade the Prince that he should do his duty and to impress him takes on his multi-armed form and says, 'Now, I am become Death, the destroyer of worlds.' I suppose we all thought that, one way or another." /Robert Oppenheimer on witnessing the first thermonuclear detonation in history. |
