Beta 5 should be ready later today, as soon as I get the bezel gap adjustment implemented.
I had a conference call with Prolific about the upgrade policy. The tentative plan: After the Beta period, upgrading to MA3 from all previous versions of MA will be $9.95.

I thought all current users of 2.6 would get a free upgrade to 3.0? and I can't wait for the bezel gap adjuster! and it's coming today! - Put it up asap otherwise I won;t be able to download it for a couple of days!!!
Thanks Regards, Neil |

Recent purchasers of 2.6 will be able to upgrade to 3.0. Not all 2.6 users.

One more time: Anyone purchasing the full MA2.6 DURING THE BETA TEST PERIOD will receive a free Key to MA3. This seemed like a good way to spur sales, but it didn't work at all. For some reason, most of the new customers want to wait until the Beta test is over and pay the full $19.95 instead of the current price of $14.95 for MA2.6.
Beta 5 is very close, I just have to shut everything down, move the monitor into the other room and hook it up to another computer so I can test the bezel gap and check for multimonitor problems, move the monitor back to my development machine, fire it up, deal with all the start-up problems associated with shutting down and restarting my main computer, fix any bugs that might have shown up on the multimonitor system, lather, rinse, and repeat.

I ran into trouble with scrolling when more than one screen is present. It seems simple, but bad things happen when you get to the end of travel.

If things REALLY go well Jim, you can add a banana to the mix! (Might want to lose the jelly though... my only cullinary expertise is penutbutter and banana... |

I can't stand bananas in any form. My favorite jelly for PBJ is Harry&David's seedless blackberry jam.

Try a little Honey with the PB & Banana
From one on a fixed budget, & struggling just to get by $9.95 seams like a very fare price compared to most software today. "Our greatest natural resource is the minds of our children."

I can't stand anything about bananas. The taste, smell, texture, color, shape, and sound of them all produce a gag reflex for me. I'd be happy to never have to think about them again. Lemons, too.
And all seafood.
