Allowing the Horseshoe under the sand and Starfish on the glass or to hide behind the coral temporarily will all be things that fit perfectly on the Advanced panel of my Settings window.

If it's the only creature that will be able to bury, I'd even make it easier of an interface. Have two slots for Horseshoe crabs:

Horseshoe Crab (never buries)
Horseshoe Crab (sometimes buries)

And not be bothered with changing the UI.

If there's going to be more than one creature that can bury, then you'd probably want the checkbox to control them as a group.

Feldon, I'm impressed at how quickly you prototyped that whole UI! Do you mind sharing what tool you are using to mock out that great interface?

Photoshop 6. It's about 30 layers and all the type is still editable.

Really?
I thought u use something like VB6 to create the interface...
coz all those scroll bars and the checkbox can be easily add in the VB....
by using Photoshop 6 would be more handy....and 30 layers...
wow.....u r good Morgan...........
do u think using Photoshop 6 is more easier to edit those windows widget components then VB6?
u must be a pro Morgan...

I never use Photoshop 6 but I use Ulead PhotoImpact 7

I remeber I captured some kind of fish on the beach when I was samll......these kind of fishes normaly hide themself in the sand....
they only comeput for food when I feed them.....I forgot the name of this type of fish......the fish is long and thin.....
does anyone know what kind if fish has this behaviour?

Jim
except the Horseshoe Crab, does any other critter will hide itself under the sand might include in SSA?

It's not a working prototype, just pictures.

Yes of coz
what I mean is VB can create the interface as a preview, there's no need to combine it with actual code in it...
but with Photoshop 6....u really done the job well.....

Allowing the Horseshoe under the sand and Starfish on the glass or to hide behind the coral temporarily will all be things that fit perfectly on the Advanced panel of my Settings window.
well.....that's good but I don't see it anywhere in the advance tab.....:P

Sorry it took so long but I just saw your request for the type of fish that hides in the sand. Here in Savannah there is a fish called a flounder that does this. Has a sandy colored side with both eyes on the one side. With the other side a lighter almost white color. Could this be it?

and I know what's flounder fish...coz here in new zealand, ppl even sale them as one of sea food delicious

my fish doen't looks like flounder, it has eyes on each side....and not as round as flounder, about 15-20cm long...

I never figure out what kind of fish it is....

so does Jim like the idea of Nautilus pompilius ?
I wonder....

Hopefully Michael or Shinsa could tell so poor James doesn't have to wait until Morgan returns from his swamp-rave-partying...
Thanks to Morgan, Tiny Snapshots is up and running again with "Tiny Järvafält" as the latest addition – Go have a look and tell me what you think.

"We knew the world would not be the same. A few people laughed, a few people cried, most people were silent.
I remembered the line from the Hindu scripture, the Bhagavad-Gita. Vishnu is trying to persuade the Prince that he should do his duty and to impress him takes on his multi-armed form and says,
'Now, I am become Death, the destroyer of worlds.'
I suppose we all thought that, one way or another.

James,

No insult intended, but you skip spaces or lines in the middle of sentences, some lines never go to the end of the space provided, it just seems that there is no rhyme or reason to they way you post your answers. So there had to be some kind of incomplete form that you were using every time that you posted something.
