Marian,
Ever notice that blue "edit" button in your posts? /Tiny Triple Thanks to Morgan, Tiny Snapshots is up and running again with "Tiny Järvafält" as the latest addition – Go have a look and tell me what you think.
"We knew the world would not be the same. A few people laughed, a few people cried, most people were silent. I remembered the line from the Hindu scripture, the Bhagavad-Gita. Vishnu is trying to persuade the Prince that he should do his duty and to impress him takes on his multi-armed form and says, 'Now, I am become Death, the destroyer of worlds.' I suppose we all thought that, one way or another." /Robert Oppenheimer on witnessing the first thermonuclear detonation in history. |

ANOTHER YEAR SLIPPED BY AND MY AQUARIUM LOOKS AS GOOD AS EVER
HAPPY NEW YEAR TO ONE AND ALL FROM DOWNUNDER Another year has slipped by and the serene screen and marine screen still look as good as ever and I never tire of them. I dropped by to maybe hope to find a new fish on offer to add to the mob, but quite happy to wait for something spectacular to turn up, just to have someting EXTRA to all those many screens now showing Jims work in all the Department stores and computer stores where this is an abundance of similar screens. Meanwhile I would like to wish you all a very Happy New Year for 2006 from Downunder and here is a small pic of what we do to the famous Harbour Bridge on new years eve. Dont know what the fish in the harbour think of all that, going on over their heads !!!!!

I have been a member of this forum for several years and like all of the other verterans, I love the screen saver.
BUT, the release cycle is ridiculous, I only check out the forums every couple of months now. There has not been anything new in ages! I know this is Sachs Hobby and thats cool, I treat it as something uinique and we all have lives, but is any progress at all being made on a new SOMETHING? I hear that creating a new fish takes a day but testing takes a long time. If buil, ding the next version is going to be 5 years off, why not have some new fish come out periodically?
Alright Scotty, now beam back my clothes.

I probably shouldn't answer that question since it's been about 3 yrs, lol.
Originally, it was the screen saver that brought me here. After posting for awhile, about all kinds of things, it became the people. I even remember Feldon sending me an e-mail, telling to to stay in the chat room longer than 2.5 seconds, lol. I'd have to say, more than anything, it's the people. There's a lot of good information available in forums. I also belong to a catfishermen forum, http://catfishbilly.proboards99.com/index.cgi , if anybody's interested. I may poke fun occasionally, but don't take what I say seriously. I'm an "Equal Opportunity Heckler".
I know nothing, I see nothing, I hear nothing & I admit to less.

First I have to finish it for the PC, then turn it over to Jim O'Connor for the Mac conversion. He did the 1.0 conversion very quickly, but 3.0 might take a little longer as it uses a lot of Direct-X specific routines.

Short of expanding in scope to another topic, I don't see how to bring it back.

I don't think Prolific even sent out an e-mail about MA3 or MA3.1. I know I didn't receive one.
