Jim,
That's not really a fair comparison - the DVD version was a 4:3 version and not much variation (I mean in lighting and fish selection). A 1080p version of MA3 should be a quite potent showoff for people's Full-HD Plasmas/LCDs. Thanks to Morgan, Tiny Snapshots is up and running again with "Tiny Järvafält" as the latest addition – Go have a look and tell me what you think.
"We knew the world would not be the same. A few people laughed, a few people cried, most people were silent. I remembered the line from the Hindu scripture, the Bhagavad-Gita. Vishnu is trying to persuade the Prince that he should do his duty and to impress him takes on his multi-armed form and says, 'Now, I am become Death, the destroyer of worlds.' I suppose we all thought that, one way or another." /Robert Oppenheimer on witnessing the first thermonuclear detonation in history. |

We'll consider it, once MA3 is done.
Of course, people could just connect their computer to their HD/Plasma/LCD screens. That's what I did, and it worked great.

Does anyone know of a good (cheap, free?) screen capture program than can convert the MA screensaver to a video file?

Thanks. This looks like a good possibility, except for the cheap or free part.

Reasons people don't watch Star Trek:
60% - It’s for nerds. 39% - The show’s stupid. 01% - My parents were killed by Klingons and it's still too painful. |

I just couldn't resist. Besides, SnapzPro is a great Mac product. I can make gorgeous 720P movies from MA2 using it.

Regarding the 80-20 rule, I plan to release it to the Beta testers at about 60%. That will happen very soon, within the next few days. Yesterday I added the feature that Beta testers love most - an expiration date
The price of MA3 will probably be the same as MA2 was before the price reduction - $20. Current owners will be able to upgrade for a small charge.

Here's how it was expressed to me once: It takes 90% of your scheduled time to get 90% of the work done... but that last 10% of the work takes the other 90% of your schedule!
