If it works, having the option to adjust both the background/foreground colors and the light reflection intensity will be a great addition. They just seem so natural together.

harris - I wasn't intending on tackling the foreground colors at this time. That's a major job, since there's no actual "lighting" any more.

I'd like to add to the wishlist something Dale mentioned in another thread:

the ability to move a "fish set" either up or down in the list similiar to the way we can now move music in the Music List or items in the Clock and Logo Playlist.

I just recently purchased MA 3. I maintained Saltwater aquariums and reefs for years as a hobbyist. I was looking for a application that might give me the same feeling as having my own. I really appreciate what you have created. Hopefully you can add the fish to a future release to help cure my craving and give me sense that it is my own with a few of my favorites. Thank you for taken them into consideration. Please let me know if you would like me to provide some photos.

I have a suggestion for the wishlist... and I do not know if this has been suggested before.

In a two or three monitor environment the program works incredibly well...except that the fish are distorted when they pass from one monitor to the other! They are elongated by the sum of the edges of the two side-by-side monitors. Depending on the monitors this could be anything from one to three inches

It would be incredible if the user could input the width of the monitor edges (side by side) then it would look as if the fish was hidden or swimming behind the monitor edge and look as if the monitors are a window that looks into a real aquarium!

Since the program is used both domestic and internationally, this feature (if implemented) should allow inches and centimeters, or fractions thereof.

This is know as a "bezel gap adjustment", and I tried to implement it a couple of years ago. It turned out to be a lifetime project, so I abandoned it.

Hello. First of all, thank you for such a wonderful program. I've been using it for a long time. I recently upgraded to version 3.0. Absolutely love it.

I have a question. Is it possible to set the frame rate to 24 fps? The reason is that I have a 3DTV with nVidia 3DTV Play. In order to display 3D in 1920x1080p resolution, the frame rate must be set to 24fps.

If not, is there any chance that this will be added for a future release?

On page 10 of the user manual for nVidia 3DTV, it says:

For 3D Gaming: You do not need change the Windows Desktop Resolution to
an HD 3D mode. Instead, you simply select the resolution 1280x720 and 60 Hz
refresh rate from inside the game’s video settings menu to switch to 3D mode.
However, if you are using a game that uses the Windows desktop resolution
when running the game, it is recommended you select HD 3D mode 720p, 1280x720 with a refresh rate of 60 Hz or 50 Hz.

and

Launch your game in fullscreen mode.
3D TVs only support one resolution for 3D gaming: 1280x720. When you start the
game, you may notice a red message at the bottom of the game that indicates that
your current game is not running in a compatible HDMI 1.4 3D mode. This message
is normal since many games launch with an initial in‐game resolution that is not
1280x720. For example, if your game starts at 1600x900 at 60 Hz, the 3D TV does not
support operating 3D in that mode and you will see a message that says Current
mode 1600x900@60 is not HDMI 1.4 3D compatible.
2. Select the in‐game resolution 1280x720. This is the HD 3D mode of 720p, 1280x720.
Once you are running in this resolution, the red text is no longer displayed and you
can now play your games in 3D.

I know the resolution setting of 1280x720p works well since the frame rate setting is 60 fps. It's stunning in 3D!

But for the resolution of 1920x1080p, I need to limit the frame rate to 24 fps. The "Limit frame rate" option setting can only be lower to 30. I'd like to know if there's anyway to lower it to 24. That's the only way I can get stereoscopic 3D in 1920x1080.
