Beta 10B playlist bug returned

Sorry Jim
While adding music it seems that the dialog boxes get painted over after a few moments.. 20 seconds??. This gives the impression that the boxes have closed for some unknown reason however MA3 is still frozen / suspended state.

The first time this happened to me I "escaped" to close MA3.. I tried to duplicate the problem and noted that if I clicked the mouse where the add button is it would show that button and the header.. as well as open the Windows selection box.

By grabbing the header I can move the box and thus re paint both dialog boxes.. but they will both disappear in a few moments again..

This might not be a playlist bug, as such. - I have a feeling that it could be related to having different sized monitors in a dual monitor setup, and possibly whilst MA3 is being displayed in a window on such a system..

In my experimenting, I have found that odd things can sometimes happen when different resolution are used for the two screens. That is why in the past, I've suggested it might be best to recommend that dual monitors should ideally be of the same size and set to the same resolutions.
MA3 does not appear to be happy when the screens are set at different resolutions, - they can be set to a wrong/lower res, (as long as they are both set the same), - but not when set differently!

Ralph, - I haven't been able to duplicate this problem yet, but have you tried disconnecting one monitor, then run everything as a singe screen system? - Does it then still show the same symptoms?

I've just been testing with 10d.

.... I read this thread title as meaning that a problem Ralph was having with 10b, is still present in 10d that he has just reported has fixed the logo bug he had previously commented about in 10b.

10 D.. the currently (?) posted. The "logo" part has been fixed.. MA3 now starts with "my" logos. But... this dissapearing dialog box problem also occurs on the computer at work.. where I am at the moment.

I added two logos.. then went to the add music and added 2 songs. clicked all the "OK" buttons and found MA3 still in a suspended state.. by moving the mouse at random I was eventually able to find a box that would highlight.. clicking on it returned the dialog boxes to a visable state and I was able to again click all the "OK's" and MA3 started again.

Very strange.. and when I tried to repeat it I could not....
