Can Windowed Mode be Displayed w/o titlebar?

I have enjoyed the Sachs Marine Aquarium through it's many incarnations. I now fully enjoy the MA2.

One question, please. Is it possible to remove the title bar from the screen saver when it is in windowed mode?

My WinTV card can play television that way and I have one maybe two other media players that can play their videos in a "No Title Mode".

Is it possible? Could a registry tweak bring about a windowed Marine Aquarium 2 without the title bar?
