vista 64 bit problem: screensaver not listed

I downloaded Marine Aquarioum 3 into my program files. Screensaver does not appear in my available screensavers in ctrl panel.
The instructions in the pdf say if that happens to right click on the MA icon on my desktop and choose 'install' and then it should appear in screensaver list. But 'install' is not an option when I click on the icon. Please assist.

I managed to I fix it by doing a search for all *.scr files using the advanced search option (check the little box to show all types of files including hidden ones).

This brought up a list of all my screen savers, I then right clicked on the Marine Aquarium.scr file (not the desktop shortcut icon) and selected install and all was fine.

Just out of curiosity, where did you get that "Marine Aquarium 3", and where did you get the instructions in pdf form?

If you downloaded the installer version, and ran it, everything would be just fine, without having to fiddle around, and the screensaver would be properly listed.

[Footnote: I know the quoted post is old, but the question really applies to the latest "solution"]
