If I can't get the bezel gap working in another hour or so, I'll put up Beta5 without it.

OK, it's up: http://www.fish-byte.com/MA3Beta.zip
I just threw in the last part of the bezel-gap adjustment code without testing it, so good luck. The way it's SUPPOSED to work is: If you want to move Monitor 1 to the left, you would press the "1" key and the Left Arrow at the same time. Monitor 1 should slowly move, while Monitor 2 remains stationary. As of now, this setting IS NOT REMEMBERED. I rewrote most of the Fishpicker code to (hopefully) eliminate the problems that James had reported. It would probably be best if you delete the Registry entries for CurrentFishSet, FishSetList, and NumFishSets in HKEY_CURRENT_USER/Software/SereneScreen/MarineAquarium3 . That way, the new interface code has a clean start. Moderator's Note: You can download and run the MA3 Fish Picker Reset Registry script to reset your fish picker settings.

Having 17 random already approprriated fish threw me off at first, but I figured out how to reset to zero. The ONLY thing I noticed different is a slight flicker when in the non-fullscreen mode ONLY when you move the mouse cursor in and out of the program. Other than that, it's wonderful having it back! Now go to bed sir and thanks again! |

Sorry. I should have said that I have it working. Your references will be useful. Thanks.
To be more precise it is working properly in full screen but in Windowed Mode it is stuck showing the problem on the left hand side. Edit. The problem seems to occur depending on where the scrolling is at when you press "F". It can show an extra portion at each end and stop scrolling. If I press F it in the middle of the scrolling full screen it works OK. |

I am very happy with my Beta 5 now that I can get it to run well on a single monitor. I am sorry that most of the problems and delays seem to stem from trying to get 2 plus monitors to work.
I am very happy on my single monitor and have no intention of adding another. I would imagine the vast majority of users feel the same |

Well, it was all started about four or more years ago, when they introduced MarineAquarium2MD. - So someone must have thought there was a demand!
To be honest though, it's created the best laugh I've had in a long time, - I can't remember a disaster quite like this! Thanks, Jim, - you've brightened my day! |

Installed & Running
Only problem I had was when I ran it the first time I had no fish. Reset my fish set & all looks good on my basic system. "Our greatest natural resource is the minds of our children."

I am very happy on my single monitor and have no intention of adding another. I would imagine the vast majority of users feel the same Dual monitor working is becoming increasingly the norm at work, and people who use this screen saver will use it at work (if permitted) as well as at home.

You could well be right. My working days are long past and long before computers were the norm at home!
It would be interesting to have a poll on the subject but not worthwhile now. We are where we are and that is it. |

uhm... just a reminder this is a BETA forum.. we should be trying to locate and help fix problems... not to have the best looking screensaver for ourselves.
