Option request: Tank scrolling off

I'm afraid this will sound churlish, given all the amazing effort you've put in to it, but I'd like the option to not scroll the tank background.

a) For me, the scrolling removes some of the illusion that it's a real tank, which is much of the magic of MA.
b) On slower machines, this may smooth out the fish movements.

If the tank would load at a random position, that would be fine. If the scroll speed could be controlled that would be neat.

press "P" for pause.

As for scrolling speed, that should be added later.

On one of the next revisions, I'll be adding a "remember paused" feature.
