Missing Keycode

Just a quick question, After I purchased the screensaver online I didn't get taken to a keycode page, I got the "Can Not Find Page" error. I did get the email purchase conformation. Will the keycode email be sent automaticly to me in a cpl of days or do I need to send an email to request one? I just didn't want to seem impatient.

I love the saltwater tanks....just don't have the time (or the space) for a real one since I have about 8 freshwater ones running. These take up what little freetime that I have anymore.. So I was very excited when I found this screensaver, dled the demo version and pleaded and begged the hubby to get the whole version......(using the line "look a no maintance tank").

Thanks in advance for any help anyone can give me.....

Cardservice International is making SereneScreen/Prolific's job a nightmare.

Please forward the confirmation e-mail to Service@serenescreen.com with "Cardservice - no keycode" in the subject. Please give SereneScreen 48 hours to reply.

Prolific are working to write a script that will fix the problem since CSI is not sending the proper information back to SereneScreen.
