Refresh rate for this and that

what should my refresh rate be normally......I went out and bought a geforce4 mx 420 and was wondering......now my screensaver works great now....whooohooooooo!!!!!!!!!!

You should expect at least 60 fps, and this is exactly what you need. Even with my geforce mx 200 I get 110 fps, more than enough.

Refresh rate? or Frame rate?
