MA3 in Parallels on MacOSX

Has anyone gotten MA3 9M to work on Parallels 4.0? Everytime I load up the screensaver and enter TESTFISH, the whole virtual machine crashes.

As indicated in another thread, it works quite well on VMWare Fusion 2.02.
