Lighting?

What is the optimal lighting supposed to be? Default? Automatic? Just wondering what others have as their optimal lighting for this...

Thanks!

I have my background locked to dark blue. I wish I could have the front on Auto and the back on Manual.

I know the 3D coral background is slated to have more advanced lighting controls.
