Crashes on Install- 3 Monitors
Version 2.6 displays on my main monitor, the left monitor has a trail of solid white from each fish and there is nothing on the third monitor. My video cards are both NVIDIA: GeForce FX 5600 and Quadro NVS.
When I run Version 3 I immediately get the BSOD. It's in good company... Google Earth does the same thing.

Try getting it running on just one monitor first. Right-click the icon, then use Configure to get into the Screen Settings section. Try setting each monitor to some low resolution that you are sure it can handle, like 800x600x16.

Have you upgraded to the latest video drivers at nVidia.com?

Beagle,
Does any 3D apps work ok on this machine? Thanks to Morgan, Tiny Snapshots is up and running again with "Tiny Järvafält" as the latest addition – Go have a look and tell me what you think.
"We knew the world would not be the same. A few people laughed, a few people cried, most people were silent. I remembered the line from the Hindu scripture, the Bhagavad-Gita. Vishnu is trying to persuade the Prince that he should do his duty and to impress him takes on his multi-armed form and says, 'Now, I am become Death, the destroyer of worlds.' I suppose we all thought that, one way or another." /Robert Oppenheimer on witnessing the first thermonuclear detonation in history. |
